  Reorganization in Forward Township maintained the status quo.
 

Tom DeRosa, who was re-elected to office in November, remains chairman of the three-member board of supervisors and Tom Headley was reappointed to his post as assistant chairman at a special meeting Monday.

DeRosa, who said he’s been chair for 10 years, pledged, “We’re going to keep taxes down and expenses low,” after the meeting.
  DeRosa said he was sworn in by Magisterial District Judge Beth S. Mills two weeks ago.
