  The Township of Forward Board of Supervisors, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania plan to vote on proposed Ordinance 09-1 at the next regular monthly meeting to be held on April 2, 2009 at 7:00 P.M. at the Municipal Building, 1000 Golden Circle, Elizabeth, Pennsylvania. The Ordinance reads as follows: AN ORDINANCE REGULATING EARTH-MOVING ACTIVITIES AND ESTABLISHING PERMIT REQUIREMENTS FOR EARTH-MOVING

ACTIVITIES IN THE TOWNSHIP OF FORWARD , ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA.
