Building Permits - Forward Township
Building Permits are required in Forward Township. The required procedure is to submit a completed Building Permit Application, and to secure the necessary approvals. There are three ways to obtain a Building Permit Application:
(1). Print both pages of the Application from this site. You can do that by following these instructions: click on Page 1 and print that page, and then click on page 2 and print that page. Page 1 Page 2. This is the most preferable method.
(2). Request the Building Permit Application form be sent to you by email. To utilize this method click EMAIL. A preaddressed email format will appear. Type in your name, address, and telephone number and a copy of the form will be emailed to you.
(3). Stop by the municipal building and pick up a blank form. The municipal building is located at 1000 Golden Circle Road, Elizabeth, PA 15037; this is at the corner created where Guffy Road and Golden Circle Road intersect.
