Residents of Forward Township are required to purchase a license for their dog from the Allegheny County Treasurer John K. Weinstein.   The County website (http://www.county.allegheny.pa.us/treasure/dog.aspx) provides information related to the following:

a.  Regular Dog License Application.

b.  Disabled Person's Dog License Application.

c.  Lifetime Dog License Application.
