On May 6, 2010 the Board of Supervisors of Forward Township enacted  Resolution 10-2 described as follows:   A resolution of the Township of Forward, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, authorizing the participation of the Township in the Allegheny County Redevelopment Authority's vacant property recovery program subject to certain requirements.
