The tax collection office is located at the Township Municipal building.

Things to remember:

  • Please do not use staples
  • Post dated checks are not accepted 
  • Include your Account # and Block/Lot on your check
  • If a receipt is desired, include a self-addressed, stamped envelope along with entire bill.  If no receipt is required, only send bottom portion.
  • For a stamped receipt, please return both copies of the bill along with a self addressed stamped envelope
  • If your taxes are paid by a bank or mortgage company, please forward them your bill
  • Please inform us of any change in your address
  • Remaining installment coupons will be mailed to you after the first payment is received
  • A 8% penalty  is added to Forward Township Real Estate Tax after July 31.

EF School Tax Installment Instructions


1.) The 2% tax discount is not permitted for any taxes when paying by installment.

2.) The full amount is due in 3 installments.  the EXACT AMOUNT of the 1st payment and the due dates is listed on the bill.

3.) The payment of the exact amount of the first installment by a  taxpayer on or before the 1st installment due date, shall show  intention to pay school taxes on the installment plan.

4.) The remaining installment coupons will be mailed to you in mid-September.

6.) Installments must be paid by the due dates listed above or a 10% penalty will be added to any installments that are late.  

7.) A taxpayer who is delinquent by more than 10 days, on more than 2 installment payments, shall be ineligible for the installment payment option in the following school fiscal year.
